DISTO™ Products
If you would like to return a DISTO™ Laser Meter or DISTO™ Accessory, you may do so within 30 days of the delivery date. If the DISTO™ product is in good condition, you will receive a refund equal to 90% of the purchase price.  All returns must include the original DISTO™ product box and manuals to be eligible for the 90% refund.  If the box or manuals are damaged, the refund maybe less than 90%.  If the DISTO™ product is damaged, no refunds will be given.  All returns must be accompanied with a copy of your original receipt.  After 30 days, no refunds will be issued.

 

 

STANLEY® Products
If you would like to return a STANLEY® Laser Meter or STANLEY® Accessory, you may do so within 30 days of the delivery date. If the STANLEY® product is in good condition, you will receive a refund equal to 90% of the purchase price.  All returns must include the original STANLEY® product box and manuals to be eligible for the 90% refund.  If the box or manuals are damaged, the refund maybe less than 90%.  If the STANLEY® product is damaged, no refunds will be given.  After 30 days, no refunds will be issued.

 

 

MD Macklanburge-Duncan Products

If you would like to return an MD SmartTool product or accessory, you may do so within 30 days of the delivery date. If the MD product is in good condition, you will receive a refund equal to 90% of the purchase price.  All returns must include the original MD product manuals to be eligible for the 90% refund (MD packaging is manufactured such that it will be destroyed and unusable again after the product has been opened).  If the manuals are damaged, the refund maybe less than 90%.  All returns must be accompanied with a copy of your original receipt.  After 30 days, no refunds will be issued.

 

 

All Other Products
If you would like to return any other product or accessory purchased from our store, you may do so within 30 days of the delivery date. If the  product is in good condition, you will receive a refund equal to 90% of the purchase price.  All returns must include the original product packaging and manuals to be eligible for the 90% refund.  If the packaging or manuals are damaged, the refund maybe less than 90%.  If the product is damaged, no refunds will be given.  All returns must be accompanied with a copy of your original receipt.  After 30 days, no refunds will be issued.

 

 

Please call or email us at support@benchmarkmeasuring.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.  We cannot accept any return merchandise without an RMA number.
